Assembly – Wednesday 4 to Friday 6 October
Assembly provides a forum for Overeaters Anonymous Region Ten Intergroups to discuss issues, swap ideas, and conduct the formal business of the region.Region Ten consists of all groups and Intergroups in New Zealand, Australia, the Far East, South East Asia, the Western Pacific Basin and includes the Japanese Language Service Board. Observers are welcome at Assembly, however only elected representatives may vote.
Convention – Friday 6 to Sunday 8 October
Convention programmes will be available nearer the time.Convention is an opportunity for fellowship, as members from all over the region share their experience, strength and hope. There will be workshops, meetings and speakers through out the weekend, celebrating the many ways we practice these principles in all our affairs.

In 1889, two sisters, Helen and Alice Gibson founded Rangi Ruru Girl’s School. It is situated 20 minutes from Christchurch Airport and is 10 minutes from Merivale shopping centre. The Arts Centre, Botanic Gardens and central city are nearby.
The Rangi Ruru hostel offers a range of accommodation including large twin share rooms with shared amenities, living areas, microwaves and fridges and lovely grounds. A limited number of ground floor rooms are available—please indicate on the registration form if you require a ground floor room.
Attendees can be met at the airport to take you to the venue. Frequent buses run along Papanui Road into the central city and to the Merivale Mall. For details on bus routes visit http://www.redbus.co.nz .

All cheques are to be in NZ dollars payable to “Overeaters Anonymous”. If sending from outside New Zealand, send a bank draft in NZ Dollars.
A fee will apply to cancellations received after 20th September 2017: $60 residential and $40 nonresidential.
